My laptop acer aspire 4315

My laptop work fine but sometime the screen turns all white or the keyboard and the mouse doesn't work...do you guys know how to fix it...

Problem with my asphire 4315

I have a problem with my laptop aspire 4315. At the time of booting, when the entrance to the OS (use windows XP sp2) suddenly the LCD screen is white. He was back to normal when the round reset-restart again.what it so happens that such? Thank you for the answer....
