After changing my batteries in both the indoor and outdoor units my indoor humidity always reads 0 degrees on the indoor unit. Is there anything I can do to remedy this?...

The indoor base and outdoor remote both read LL and I cannot get it to change. I have tried battery changes, reset buttons and the works, and it still reads LL. Please tell me if there is something I am missing. The instruction manual doesn't mention that symbol at all. Thanks...
