Outgoing Calls

Every time I attempt an outgoing call from my phone I get an error message telling me to "Reorder." My phone has plenty of credit seeing I just recently topped it up. I was curious to know what this message meant and how I can fix this problem. ...

Moving a phone to another office

We have moved what was a working phone from one office to another. When we connected to the new location the phone searches for an IP address but is not finding one? Also, how I access the admin features on the phone? Thanks.....

Convert 7911 to a two way speaker phone.

I would like to convert this one way speaker phone, that is less than useful, to a two way speaker phone. I would like to know if there are schematics or any other assistance in implementing a microphone so that two way speaker options are available. Thanks...

mute option

is there a mute option for this series do monthlt telecoferences and a mute option would help to alleviate background noises ...
