smoke alarm re-set

the smoke alarm went off, i could re-set the system inside, the problem is there is a strobe light outside that continues to pulse...very annoying. can you offer a solution?...

Ready light / trouble light problem

Hi , We inherited the alarm sytem from previous house owners. It ahd working fine until we accidentally opened the box that house battery and wiring system. The alarm went off ant showed trouble system sigin ever since. The ready light went off at the same time. Looking at the trouble menue it reads telephone/communication problem. Any one knows how to get the ready light on again and hence the sytem operating. Thank you for any advise....

Replacing the battery for DSC Power 832

Hi, We recently bought a house that is equipped with DSC power 832. The alarm has been beeping saying that the battery needs to be replaced. 1. Can a novice replace the battery/ 2. If so, where can I get the battery? 3. How often does the battery to be replaced? 4. It is beeping continiously...any way to temparaorily disconnet the battery?...

Changer le code d'accès existant

Bonjour, Mon alarme est installée depuis plus de 10 ans. Je souhaiterais changer le code d'accès pour le remplacer par un nouveau code. Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider ? Merci...
