Elna loading bobbin

I have lost the instructions, and cant remember how to load the bobbin. It is aqn old very small compact light Elna. It constantly gets cotton locks. I am using the correct Elna bobbins, but am not sure that I am loading the bobbin correctly. Do you have any instructions please....
