Calibration?

Is there any way to set the thermostat where it will heat 2-3 degrees higher than the target temperature? Mine shuts off immediately when it hits the target and then comes back on very quickly!...

I NEED A WIRING DIAGRAM FOR THIS UNIT SO I KNOW WHERE TO PUT THE 5 WIRES I HAVE. RED, WHITE, YELLOW, GREEN, AND BLUE. THNAKS...
