Can't get it started

I'm trying to get my HUSQVARNA YTH150 started. It's been over a year. Battery is new. I'm wondering if it's bad gas. It just won't completely turn over. Where is the gas filter on this thing. I see the oil and air filter. I'm not a mechanic of any kind. Have any suggestions. Thanks!...
