hello,my windows doesnt start on my laptop.when i start my computer right before it is about to open my windows xp the screen gets blue and the sign comes that the windows is shut down to prevent the demage to you computer.says error 0000800... and see for hardware curruption.i have installed windows many times but no use.what should i do....
