canot fix back the socket jfp1

dont no how to fix back the connector for reset, power sw, hdd.led and etc ......

No display on monitor while green led blinks

when i disconnect the monitor cable from the cpu green led blinking stops and monitor show the display of "no input" indicating that the monitor is working properly. So what can be the problem with the motherboard i have MSI PM8M-V motherboard with 3.00GB intel processor...
