I am unable to view images on my nikon d60 slr camera on TV using the video cable. Im sure that I followed the instructions on the users manual correctly. Is there something defective with the camera or do I need a special cable. ( I thought they were all standard....

Just got the D60. Is it normal for the pic to show up on the screen 3 to 4 seconds after you take the picture. Had a Cannon Rebel and the pic came on the screen really fast. On the D 60 an hour glass appears for a few seconds then the pic...
