ryobi cs30 pull start

i pull the start and it won't engage thus the motor wont run...

CS30 Bogs Down & Floods out - runs uneven

The bulb on the motor normally has a little air in it but now it's straight gas and the engine won't run unless I constantly adjust the choke. I put the choke on and it runs great for 5 seconds, release it and I get another 5 seconds then go back to applying the choke. Makes it pretty hard to use!...

do i need to take the sparkplug off and put some oil the manul doesnt say...
